A week in review

Of course, it has taken me awhile to post again. Sorry. :) Each day seems like 3 days, which is amazing, so here the shortened version of each day...
March 17-
Tonight we got the opportunity to see Grand Master Lee in a small setting. He was giving a small private lecture to about 20 reporters. He asked us to come!! We performed the ChunBuShingGong and sang Arirang. It was amazing to see him giving a lecture to such a small group, I really got to watch and feel him more deeply. He was sitting in a circle on the floor talking and laughing. The translator was far away and I could not hear what he was talking about that gave me the chance to really hear him.
In the afternoon, it was beautiful outside so a big group of the masters and us played Jeggi (hackisak).
March 18 -
Today was our first YEHA Day! It was in Seoul. I lead stretches in the beginning. It was a great training for me. :) They were playing with all of the mics for me, and trying to put a headset on, and then using a translator. I just smiled big and showed my heart. :) Then we all came out and performed ChunBuShinGong and the Phoenix Dance and then introduced ourselves. Aaronnim presented a lecture, we did Brainwave Vibration and then sang our song. IT WAS SO GREAT! The energy was so open and excited. We could really see our result. They were all so excited to see Americans were also doing Dahn Practice. It felt great to hold hands and really see how our generation can make a difference, can really learn to become one world (HAN). It was a deep experience!
March 19 -
Second Seoul YEHA Day. We came back to Seoul tonight to perform and talk with the southern Seoul region. There were about 50 members there, before we came in it sounded like hundreds of people were inside the training room, there was so much energy. During the performance so much love and energy was shared. YEHA Days are my new favorite thing! haha I wish I could share with you precisely the feeling, but it so hard to explain. The LOVE and HOPE is overwhelming! We all sing "From A Distance" (which yes sounds cheesy) but it is touching in many ways.
That night we went to a famous stream in Seoul. Around the stream is built this beautiful pathway and lights. It was a blast walking around with our group and group leaders. We decided to go to get some snacks and celebrate Brandon and Aaron nim's b-days (which they turned at midnight). We celebrated! :)
March 20 -
Today a few people were sick :) So we got to work on our slideshows and the blog.
At night we had a training with the team leader of our project. We did partner healing (much needed) and then we did a training visualizing energy. Very powerful.
